Crankshaft’s assassin robot is dead. So is Crankshaft. He had a lot of nice tech on him that he won’t need. I know, because I heard it being collected while I was picking up ARK9 and and making sure I had all of him. Only robot from “security” that tried to help us. I’m not sure I can fix him. But I plan to try. Especially since I heard over the radio that he’d already been replaced as security chief. He’d do a better job on Vakpod Station than ARK7 does. Or maybe he’d help the Stewards.
I’d turned off the ship power as the battle with Crankshaft was fought, though Widget did well with his shooting. Once that was off, and the ship couldn’t leave, I had to supply power to the doors on the bridge, where we assume Brickyard is. Well, his new assassin robot is definitely there. We quickly closed that door again. Brickyard is an embarrassment to Ysoki everywhere (that’s a lot of places!), so we need to take him out, too. Or the Abollon security can. Odd, I always thought I’d enjoy this planet, but, I’ll be sure not to visit for fun. Ever.
