Day 04 The Rambler arrives at Khefak Station on Akiton, for repairs, with plans to look for the Stewards that had been in port due to the Eoxian Corpse Fleet menacing the area.
Day 05 The crew of the Rambler began hull repairs, and returned the undelivered shipment to the original owner. They also contacted the Stewards about the Orcus project and the Corpse Fleet. The Stewards promised to send a contact to Akiton to meet the crew within the week.
Day 07 The Stewards came and were provided the tablets and information collected by the Rambler crew, and were able to see just how extensive the damage was to their ship. While the crew didn't take them up on the offer to become stewards at this point in time, they were willing to go back to visit L476. They did not want the Corpse Fleet to recognize them, and the Stewards didn't want to wait three weeks for the Rambler's repairs, so they gave the crew a new, larger ship to complete the mission. The crew would keep the ship, named PWS Please Don't Shoot Us, and Khefak Station personnel would pretend to keep fixing up the Rambler in case trouble had followed crew's change in circumstances.
Day 08 The P.W.S. Please Don't Shoot Us departs from Akiton on a course to L746 through Drift Space. The trip is expected to take nineteen days.
Day 20 The crew of the P.W.S. Please Don't Shoot Us encounters a chunk of the Dreamlands in Drift Space, and not recognizing any threat, proceed through it. Fortunately, the three AIs don't sleep, so the "live" crewmembers survive their shared nightmare and safely wake up on the other side of the microcosm, and continue on their journey.
Day 27 The P.W.S. Please Don't Shoot Us arrives in the system for L476 and begins sensor scans. The system contains a red giant, a terrestrial planet, a gas giant, and two asteroid belts.
Day 29 After several days of scanning and finally going to look closer at the terrestrial planet, Rae casually asks I-9 what he knows about L476 and he starts to rattle off more information on the planet and all that is happening on it than they learned in nearly three days in the system.
Day 30 The crew of the P.W.S. Please Don't Shoot Us concentrates on the locations I-9 mentioned. They discover (in addition to two small moons orbiting the planet) that a shuttle is abandoned on the surface. They also find an old wrecked warship, excavations, ancient ruins, and a lot of iron and quartz. There is also a constant electrical storm converging on a large obsidian pyramid. No one has answered any of their hails to the L476's occupants, if any. They decide to head down to the planet, looking at the shuttle first.

The crew checked as many parts of the dig site as they could, but learned that the Please Don't Shoot Us was losing power at a rapid rate, curtailing their time on the surface. They checked all but one building by the time they had to return to orbit or be stuck on L476. They timed it right, as the barrow ship was on course to the planet as they left for Absalom Station via drift space.
